Digital Competitive Analyst | Remote $4,000 Monthly
A|L Media (www.almediastrategy.com), a fast-paced, award-winning political media firm is looking for a Digital Competitive Analyst to join our growing team. The best fit for our firm is an individual who is familiar with political campaigns and has experience working with data. Candidates should have superb organizational and analytical skills and excellent time management. Experience with digital ad platforms is preferred. Our firm is based in Chicago, IL. This is a remote position and is open to candidates anywhere. This position ends on election day November 3, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracking digital competitive spending in excess of a dozen races. Campaigns range from federal to statewide to caucus races.
Developing a relationship with our digital platform representative to obtain up-to-the-minute information and ensure accuracy of the digital reporting dashboard.
Documenting all spending and sharing updated reports in a timely fashion with clients.
Developing and tailoring reporting formats for each client.
Offering basic analysis of spending information by platform and holistically.
Maintaining the firm’s high standard of comprehensive client services that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Superb organization skills.
Deep experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Political Science, Statistics, or a related field.
