Junior Account Associate | Remote $70,000-$75,000 Annually
Amplify Media Strategy (amplifystrategy.com) is a full-service media firm combining data and analytics with television, digital, and radio buying. We are seeking a Junior Account Associate to support client needs and coordinate with our competitive and media buying teams. The ideal candidate has experience with political campaigns or organizations and familiarity with media plans. This role is suited for someone eager to learn the behind-the-scenes of political media, who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in asking questions and double-checking their work. This is a contract position through November 13, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day execution for assigned races, ensuring all media activity is tracked and on schedule
Distil the needs of clients from multiple meetings, calls, and emails into specific action items and requests for the media planning and buying team.
Maintain digital trafficking trackers (new ads, updates, end dates)
Track all creative assets from concept to approvals to shipping and airing.
Coordinating required approvals and documentation prior to placement
Manage multiple media plans, including edits, multiple versions, and final delivery
Build burn sheets and track media spend and creative across races.
Communicate with multiple vendors and coordinate across multiple teams in a professional manner
Maintain organized systems across trackers, boards, and communication threads
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous political campaign, committee or firm experience required
Understanding of campaign timelines and paid media execution
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Flexible schedule approaching client deadlines and election dates
Benefits & Compensation:
A salary range of $70,000-$75,000, depending on experience
