Role Descriptions:
Job descriptions and required skills and qualifications will vary by position. Below is an overview of the work that each of our teams do.
Accounts: The Accounts team works directly with our clients and coordinates across internal teams to meet clients’ needs.
Buying: The Buying team develops the advertising strategy for clients and places ad buys on linear and digital platforms.
Competitive: The Competitive team tracks and analyzes spending data for our clients’ races to inform strategic decisions.
Executive Support & Scheduling: The Executive Assistant team manages scheduling and administrative operations for our leadership team, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.
Finance & Operations: The Finance & Operations team supports the firm’s work and our team by managing resources, infrastructure, processes, and personnel.
Production: The Production team, which is comprised of top-tier writers, directors, producers, editors, and motion graphics artists, delivers high-quality, award-winning creative for our clients.
