Media Operations Associate | Remote $70,000-$75,000 Annually
Amplify Media Strategy (amplifystrategy.com) is a full-service media firm combining data and analytics with television, digital, and radio buying. We are seeking an Operations Associate to support client needs and coordinate with our competitive and media buying teams. The ideal candidate has experience with political campaigns or organizations and familiarity with media plans. This role is suited for someone eager to learn the behind-the-scenes of political media, who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in asking questions and double-checking their work. This is a contract position through November 13, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing trafficking execution across campaigns, including NABs and traffic instructions
Performing quality assurance on all trafficking outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
Executing structured requests from account teams with timely and accurate turnaround
Maintaining organized and consistent trafficking documentation and processes
Tracking and requesting invoices across multiple races and cash flow
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices, placements, or trafficking details
Handling incoming technical and dashboard requests
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous political campaign, committee, or firm experience recommended
Understanding of trafficking workflows and billing processes
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with accuracy
Experience managing financial accounts or cash flow
Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Flexible schedule approaching client deadlines and election dates
Benefits & Compensation:
A salary range of $70,000-$75,000, depending on experience
